Prices of our booking fees or deposit fees are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service offered through this website.
Extras and Additional Charges
Cake Service Charges apply when bringing a cake to OIA. Corkage fees apply when bringing your own wine to OIA.
Booking Cancellations
Cardholders who pay for a deposit by credit card or debit card reserve the right to request their booking to be cancelled prior to the booking date and time however deposits are non refundable.
Refunds
Deposits are not refundable be it in the event of a no-show as well as in the event of a booking cancellation for any reason whatsoever.
Prohibited Use
